Melbourne Collection

Our customers will be invited to come to a "market style" collection where they will be able to select from the range available at the pre-purchased level of quality. Please contact us if you have any queries.

We will be offering the following options:

1) Select my own set

• Customers will be invited to book a time for arrival
• We will require strict adherence to allotted arrival time slots
• If someone is unwell or required to self-isolate they cannot attend - please let us know ASAP

2) Kerbside collection

• Customers will be invited to book a time to collect their set
• Customers will be sent a short survey asking for your preferences (e.g. short or long lulav, more yellow or green esrog, smaller or larger esrog etc.)
• Your set/s will be chosen for you, based on your preferences - ready for collection at the booked time

An email will be sent out to all of our customers after Rosh Hashanah with confirmed details including the times for collection and contact details for on-the-day queries.

If you are unable to attend during the standard collection times, please let us know and we can work with you to arrange a suitable alternative (additional fees may apply).

 

Melbourne collection will be after Yom Kippur from a location that will be confirmed shortly.
